Best building location and great larger 3 bedroom floorplan. Nice peek a boo ocean views and extremely clean. Loved this dog friendly condo and will definitely be back. Everything you need is provided making for a very stress free get away.

Our visit to this place was great . The house we rented was very nice because everything was upgraded and clean the only thing that I will recommended to the owner is related with the kitchen. They need to add at least one pan because I liked to make our breakfast and I couldn’t make any scrambled or omelette eggs for that reason . The house was so close to the beach and we loved it.

We could not recommend this place any more! Excellent location, very well stocked, the beach towels chairs umbrellas cooler were all awesome, and steps to the beach!! 100% would come back!

Blue Door River House is 5-stars wonderful: a modern and tasteful renovation, a superbly-stocked kitchen, great beds (we're picky on mattress and linens quality!), and a sweet location just steps from Riverpark Drive where we were able to run in the mornings with the Intercoastal breeze cooling our steps. Our pups loved the fenced, landscaped back yard. The house feels larger than you'd think, as the living room and bedrooms are oversized. Ronnie and Marlo were very responsive and friendly hosts.

We love this home. Has everything needed to enjoy the fishing and shrimping on the Lagoon. Well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of parking too! We have stayed here a couple of times, usually between January and March to go shrimping. We know we can park our 24’ Parker sport fisher at the dock, park the trailer and still have room for 2 cars. The ramp is literally less than 5 minutes away, and the deep canal floats the boat even on a super low tide, making this one of our “go to” hosts. The sun stays off the north facing rear patio in the morning, but our only suggestion would be the addition of a small screen room to keep furniture dry from the dew and give some shade in the evenings. We had a very enjoyable stay at Waterway Escape. The house was clean, bright, roomy, quiet and very pleasant. The outdoor space was private and nice too. . There were lots of thoughtful extras like coffee, creamer, candy, and toys and books for the kids. Our hosts (Ronie and Marlo) were very kind and helpful. We hope to stay again.

Just enjoyed a much too short stay. I wish there was time to enjoy all that this vacation rental offers. The location is absolutely perfect for those who wish to enjoy the sand and salt. The restaurants close by (within walking distance) offered a great variety of food choices and we loved all the ones we visited. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need and beyond. I definitely want to return next year and plan on doing so.
